BURTON, Charlotte, age 84, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at Astoria Health and Rehab Center in Germantown, Ohio where she had resided for five years. She was born January 17, 1938 in Middletown, and lived in this area all her life. She was an Insurance Agent in the Miami Valley Area for Prudential Insurance Company for 20 years retiring in 1990. Charlotte was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her parents, Aaron and Hazel Hawkins; her husband, Claude Burton in 1990; and one daughter, Claudia Sullivan. She is survived by two children, Larry (Phyllis) Burton and Jennifer Burton; five grandchildren, Chad, Craig, Emily, Christopher and Ian; three great grandchildren, Carter, Kenley and Emilia; and many extended family and friends. Graveside services will be Friday, November 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodside Cemetery, Section 28, Middletown, Ohio with her step-son, Rev. Jerry Burton, officiating.
