BAILEY, Daniel H., age 75, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at his residence. He was born March 31, 1947 in Hazard, Kentucky but lived in Ohio most of his life. Daniel was employed at the Mink Farm in Monroe, and also was employed in the mill at Puff Plastics in Monroe. He was a member of the Yankee Road Pentecostal Church of God in Christ. He enjoyed working on cars and was an avid fisherman. Preceding him in death were his parents, Malcom and Ethel (Reed) Bailey; one grandson, Joseph Coffey; one brother, Freddie; and two sisters, Rhoda and Phyllis. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sherry (Curfman) Bailey; three children, Malcom Bailey, Tina Bailey and JoAnn Bowens; five grandchildren, Destiny, Daniel, Dennis, Mitchell and Sherry; five great grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers, Curt and Junior; and many extended family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, July 7, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. all at the Yankee Road Pentecostal Church of God in Christ, 3117 Yankee Road, Middletown, Ohio. Pastor Dave Hensley will be officiating the service. Interment will be at Mound Cemetery, Monroe, Ohio. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
